Most of the time, when we document and inspire ourselves from the Internet or from the books, reading various articles, listening to or watching various audio or video materials, we are naturally attracted to the real stories and the testimonies of people like us or with whom we resonate.

«They are Cristina, one of those people who earn living half after methods to dissolve the extra pounds. 😏

Following a cholecystick operation supported at 30, my metabolism slowed down, favoring the fat deposit much more easily. I tried sports different from Aerobics, jumps of cangoo, zumba, field tennis, table tennis … until it swims, riding a bicycle, hydrocycling, but I have not achieved my goal to lose only a few kilograms, which I returned quite quickly. YES! Also cycling! It is only that it is very important to find a careful instructor for your ability to train.

I discovered Pedalas.ro in a Facebook post during the pandemic period. I had just bought a stationary bicycle at home, so the Pedalas.ro platform was all I missed so that I could train online, from afar, without having to go to the room. I was integrated with understanding and I carefully guided what would become a lifestyle.

I found on the Pedalas.ro platform both to live training and a recording library that I approached my rhythm, in the order of my request and ability to support. I liked the fact that when I really couldn’t enter with my colleagues to live training, I had the opportunity to choose a recorded training and I managed to cling to the proposed program. In this way I found the necessary discipline and I had no excuses, being able to follow my established training program. During the course, I discovered that the extended training interval is the most suitable for myself and the goal I proposed, to lose 10 kg and to keep me.

For those who do not know, a vast training interval is an aerobic training, which is part of the HIIT high intensity training category, during which the impulse is maintained between 65 and 85% of HRR, with the benefits of fat combustion, carbohydrates, but also increasing effort resistance. After completing the training, the body tends to recover the lack of oxygen, consequently the pulse increases and the caloric burns continue for several hours.

The effect of training is that of infterbouring, an effect that contributes to the combustion of fats In excess and after training, a certain number of hours.

With Pedalas.ro I learned how important it is to monitor my heart rate during training, correctly dose my efforts and get the desired results.

At the beginning it seemed a little complicated to me but, over time, I came to hear the heart listen more and helps me to travel at an effort intervals, «rest» on an active return, while «dance» on good and trained music.

It is true that I am not always willing to ride a bicycle after a difficult day or required events, but it is enough to ask for help and Robert is here to support me with all attention. It taught me that it is important to set your training program in advance and not to deviate from it. Many people hide after the excuse that they do not have time … if you know that this is important for you, it gives priority to the rest of your activities based on training and not vice versa and you will see how you find the time for them! 😏

You will discover during the workouts you can and you like what you do. At the end of the lessons you will feel tired but happy that you managed to do something good for you!

To make the time and the effect of training more efficient, we have combined internal cycling training with some online fitness circuits, under the guidance of a Bodyshape’s transformation team.

But surely you know that, in addition to sport, an essential aspect if you want to lose weight, it is food discipline!

For example, I am attentive to the amount of macronutrients obtained by the foods consumed. I follow a daily requirement of 1 – 1.5 g of body protein/ kg, which I get from eggs, lean and fish, I choose healthy carbohydrates contained in vegetables, salads and increased vegetables, as well as unsaturated fats, salmon, avocado.

I was also helped to practice the intermittent place, which guarantees a 16 -hour digestion rest, organizing my daily tables within 8 hours, as well as the quantitative reduction of food portions.

This is how I managed to achieve my weakening goal!

It was not easy but in 2-3 weeks you enter the rhythm and the results are starting to be seen. It is true! We all have difficult moments and temptations that can sabotage but it is important to establish what we want most: a cake or feel good in our favorite clothes? … an hour of TV on the sofa or to be healthy and full of energy?

It all depends on us because we are what we choose to be. 🤗 ♥ ️💪🚴γ♂️«
